Michael Ravenna Home Inspections provides to you the invaluable information you need to become a knowledgeable consumer or seller of a home. We are trained to identify problems big and small, giving you the opportunity to take preventative measures to avoid costly repairs in the future. We give you the confidence that your existing home is ready for sale or that your potential new home is safe for you and your family.
Your inspection will take between three to four hours. During the course of the inspection, we will advise you on the general condition and maintenance requirements of the home, operation and life expectancy of various mechanical components and obvious safety concerns. The home inspection is a visual inspection of the house. We can only inspect what we can see. We use specialized equipment and instruments to better evaluate any systems that may not be visible or obvious.
Your detailed report will be delivered to you electronically between 24-48 hours after the inspection. Your report will contain photos and comments detailing any deficiencies discovered during the course of the inspection. It will also contain other important information you need to know about the general condition of your home’s mechanical systems.
